Eisa Al Menhali Real Estate (trading as EAM Real Estate) is a real estate brokerage registered with the Dubai Land Department, ORN 21249. Our office is at 901, Al Wasl Business Center, Bur Saeed, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us. If you complete the enquiry form on this website, we receive:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number and country;
• anything you choose to write in the message field.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number and the content of your messages.

Our website is hosted with a third-party provider and uses a caching plugin and a translation widget. These set cookies for technical purposes such as remembering your language choice and serving pages faster. See Cookies below.

Why we use it

We use the information you give us to reply to your enquiry, to send you details of properties you have asked about, and to arrange viewings or calls. That is the whole purpose.

We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling.

Marketing

We do not send newsletters or marketing updates. We use your details only to reply to your enquiry.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

We share it only where it is necessary to do what you asked us to do:

• with our website host and email provider, who process it on our behalf in order to run the site and deliver our email;
• with a developer or landlord where you have asked us to progress an enquiry or a reservation on a specific property, and only with the details needed for that;
• where the law, a regulator or the Dubai Land Department requires it.

Where your information is held

Our website and email are hosted outside the United Arab Emirates.

Where information is transferred outside the UAE, we rely on our providers’ standard data protection agreements to safeguard it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting transaction, plus any period required by UAE law or by the Dubai Land Department.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and under the UK and EU GDPR where it applies to you, you may ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• give you a copy of it;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it;
• stop using it for a particular purpose;
• stop sending you marketing.

Cookies

This website uses cookies for two purposes only: to make pages load faster, and to remember your language if you use the translation widget. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

This website currently runs no analytics, advertising tags or tracking pixels.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send us passwords, bank details or copies of identity documents through the website form.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, please contact us first at info@eamrealestate.ae. You also have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office, or to the data protection authority in your own country if you are outside the UAE.
