About Us
EAM Real Estate was founded to give clients a genuine choice. Our founder spent around twelve years in the Dubai market, much of it working for a single developer — where the only properties she could recommend were the ones that developer happened to be selling. That is a poor way to advise someone spending millions of dirhams.
EAM exists to do the opposite. We are independent, so we recommend what actually suits the client: the right community, the right payment plan, the right moment to buy. Sometimes that means telling someone the property they asked about is not the one for them. We are a RERA-registered brokerage in Dubai, and most of our clients are investors buying from outside the UAE. What they can expect is honesty, transparency, proper consultation, follow-up that does not stop at the sale, and enough flexibility to work around their situation rather than ours.
