Islands 2 is the second phase of DAMAC Islands, on a twenty million square foot masterplan at Dubailand. Al Maktoum International Airport is around twenty-three minutes away.
Built around water
The community is planned around swimmable lagoons, sandy beaches and waterways, with paddleboarding and boats rather than a single central pool. That is the whole point of the scheme, and it is what you are buying into.
Themed on eight islands
DAMAC has themed the districts on eight island destinations, including the Bahamas, Bermuda, Barbados and Mauritius, each with its own landscaping and character within the masterplan.
A large, established developer
DAMAC is one of Dubai’s biggest private developers, with a long delivery record across Dubailand. The first DAMAC Islands phase is already selling, so this is an extension of a proven community rather than an untested launch.

DAMAC currently publishes sizes and handover dates for the four and five bedroom villas. Six bedroom villas with maid’s room and five bedroom townhouses with maid’s room are part of the release but do not yet have published sizes or pricing. Ask us for the current availability list.

- You are buying for family life. This is a resort-style community with parkland and play areas built in.
- You want a large developer with a delivery record in Dubailand.
- You can wait. Handover runs through 2030.
Look elsewhere if
- You need a low entry price. This is a villa community and it is priced as one.
- You want to be near a Metro station or Downtown. Dubailand is a driving community.
- You need the keys sooner. The earliest published handover is Q2 2030.
- You want a finished home you can see before buying.

Dubailand

How it works
Registering your interest
Islands 2 releases in phases, and each phase has its own plot list and pricing. Registering early is what gets you a choice of plot and aspect rather than whatever is left at the end of a release.
DAMAC has not yet published the payment plan or the expression of interest amount for this phase. We confirm both directly with the developer, in writing, before you commit anything.
We will tell you honestly whether a phase is worth queueing for. Our advice costs you nothing, because the developer pays us.
