How it works
Registering your interest
Richmond Residences sells on a 50/50 payment plan, half across the construction period and half over three years after handover. The full instalment schedule is confirmed in writing when you enquire.
Units are reserved with an expression of interest of AED 55,000 before the release opens, and the earlier you register the more choice you have of floor and aspect. We confirm the full terms with the developer in writing before you commit anything.
We will tell you honestly whether this one is worth registering for. Our advice costs you nothing, because the developer pays us.
