Buying from outside the UAE
You do not need to be in Dubai to buy here, and most of our clients aren’t. We walk you through the whole process by video call — viewings, floor plans, payment options and paperwork — and sign either electronically or by courier.
Our advice costs you nothing. We are paid by the developer, so you pay only the property and the government fees.
